So far our sponsor team has been able to get fitness first to help sponsor the aquathlon. Fitness first is a fitness center with gyms and has many different activities which people can sign up for.

Bake Sale Results

Last Wednesday one of the groups conducted the bake sale. They brought homemade delicious snacks to sell during break and lunch. the sale attracted many students who bought the snacks. The money raised by the group was donated to Medecins Sans Frontieres. Our bake sale was very successful and we were able to raise quite a lot of money to send to Medecins Sans Frontieres.

    

Emirates International School Meadows

EISM (Emirates International School Meadows). It's quite a big school, well all of the schools in Dubai are big. EIS has lots of students I mean there is around 80 different nationalities.

 Our head of grades care about our health and our safety, for example they have a PEER support to help you feel better when you're feeling down.

 It's an organised school since we have so many event days, like: sports day, international day, national day, etc. We also have bake sales which you can read about in our other paragraph.

Organization

Our school will be conducting the Aquathlon for Students from our and other schools.

SALES

Bake sales, garage sales and other sales will be conducted by us to help raise money to buy medals for the participants of the Aquathlon.

SPONSORS

We will be getting sponsors to sponsor us and they will be bringing some small items, drinks or food for the day. 

FUND RAISING

This group will be raising money to help conduct the Aquathlon. 

Aquathlon 2013 Dubai

This is an exciting year because many people will come to e.i.s.m located in Dubai in case you don't know it's emirates international school meadows. We are holding a special event which is the Aquathlon where people are going to swim and also run.
 There are few rules for a Aquathlon and they are:

• Don't cheat (don't fight/argue or push)
• Start when they give a signal
• 
  

The Aquathlon will be on Wednesday 17 April 2013 3:30pm - 4:30pm 
The schools that are participating are:
EISM
Jumeirah College
For 14s and under 200m swim and 1.5 Km Lake run
For above 14 250m Swim and 1.5 Km Lake run

Charity

This year EISM is hosting an AQUATHLON to raise money for the charity group

Who are they???

They are a non - profit organization

They are doctors with no borders. They provide care for third world countries and countries recovering from natural disasters such as tsunamis and earthquakes.

Why are we holding this aquathlon??

We are holding this aquathlon to raise money for them and give them charity to help their doctors to help other more poorer countries
